Fees are claimable through private health insurance EXTRAS cover. The rebates vary depending on the insurer and the level of cover. It is best to contact your health fund to determine the rebate available to you.
For some, fees are claimable through Medicare. You need to have an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan from you General Practitioner. The usual fee will apply at the time of the appointment and the rebate claimed back from Medicare. Check with your G.P. to determine if you are eligible for an EPC plan.
Your initial consultation will be confirmed by reception staff 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior in order to make alternative arrangements.
